Getting Started

Getting started is easy! First, connect your social media accounts to your dashboard. Then, you can start creating and scheduling your social media content. Set up your posting schedule, and manage everything from a single dashboard.

We currently support Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.

Yes! You can manage up to 25 workspaces at once. The number of workspaces depends on your plan.

Features & Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any difference in cost.

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings. You'll continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.

We offer email support for all plans, with priority support for Professional plans and dedicated support for Enterprise users. You can reach us at [email protected].

Account Management

In your dashboard, go to 'Settings' and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can update your payment method, view invoices, and manage your subscription details there.

In your dashboard, go to 'Settings' and click the buttons that say 'Authenticate Platform'. Follow the authentication process for each platform you want to connect. You can manage all your connected accounts from this same section.

Yes! We take security seriously. All your social media connections and data are encrypted using industry-standard protocols. We never store your social media passwords, and you can revoke access to your accounts at any time through your dashboard or the social media platforms directly.
