1. Benefit in Subject Line (Not Feature Name)

Subject line should answer "what's in it for me?" not "what did you build?"

2. Lead with Pain Point, Then Solution

Start with the problem users have. Then introduce your feature as the solution.

3. Quantify the Benefit

Numbers make benefits concrete and believable.

4. Show It, Don't Just Tell It

Include screenshot, GIF, or video showing the feature in action.
"See it in 15 seconds" video = 5x higher trial rate than text-only announcement.

5. Clear, Single Call-to-Action
