- Search for the person using the LinkedIn search bar
- Click their name to open their full profile
- Click the "More" button (next to the Connect or Message button)
- Select "Report/Block" from the dropdown menu
- Click "Block" in the dialog that appears

How to Block Someone Without Them Knowing
LinkedIn does not notify users when they've been blocked. However, if you're concerned about appearing in their profile viewers before you block them, you can browse anonymously first:

They Will:
