Facebook shows roughly the first 160 characters before the "See more" link on mobile. Everything after that is invisible until someone taps. Lead with a specific claim or moment, not a setup paragraph.
Facebook's feed treats comments and meaningful replies as a stronger signal than reactions. End every post with a question or invitation to respond, then reply to every comment in the first hour.
Posts with a photo or video uploaded directly to Facebook get more reach than posts that link out to another site. If you have to link, put the link in the first comment and tell readers where to find it.
