Method 1: Auto-Save to Camera Roll
Set Instagram to automatically save every story you post:

Save Others' Stories
Instagram gives you no built-in download button for stories posted by other accounts. Everything below is a workaround. Screen recording and screenshots are the honest, reliable methods. Whatever you save, respect the poster: do not re-share private content or content from a private account without permission.

- Stop recording when done
